- View the top bar of my website to see our current turnaround time. My items are MADE TO ORDER which means it takes me time to design & make all of my items. The turnaround time gives me time to print your order, process it, make it, package it & then take it the the carrier for drop off. (This does not include shipping time. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending where you live in regards to California) Please be mindful that I can have 100+ open orders at one time, and I do work as quickly as I can.
- Double check you have everything correct in your cart before checking out (sizing & options you'd like) as well as the correct shipping address. If shipping address was entered incorrectly by you or a wrong item or size was ordered (& it was not our mistake) we will not pay for shipping on return and back to you.
- Once we make your shipping label and drop off at the post office or ups, we do NOT have control over their shipping times or issues. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number & then email us if there is no update & we will try to help as best we can.
