Order Processing Time
Orders ship out within 3-6 business days. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. -
Preorders
- If an item is marked as a preorder, your entire order will not ship until the designated preorder ship date.
- If your cart contains items with multiple preorder dates, your entire order will ship on the latest preorder date to ensure everything arrives together.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Strictly Wild purchases! If you need to make a return, please review our policy:

Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit only. -
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be:- Unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
- All returns must include the original packaging and tags, if applicable.

How to Make a Return

- Fill out the return form using your order number.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your store credit.

Shipping Costs for Returns
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return was due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Cancellations and Changes to Orders
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase. -
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages after they’ve shipped. However, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly in such cases to file a claim. -
